Why SubmittalLink exists
SubmittalLink was founded by George Dellas, PE, a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey with more than a decade of experience designing and managing buildings across the Northeast. On his projects, submittals and RFIs lived in Excel logs and email threads.
Procore showed him how much better that process could be, but his company couldn't justify the cost, and many of his colleagues found it too complex to use day to day. He founded SubmittalLink to give local builders that submittal and RFI workflow with flat pricing and a setup that takes minutes.
What SubmittalLink does
Submittal tracking and management
Turn a spec book into a submittal log, route submittals through unlimited review steps, and track ball-in-court so you always know who is holding up an approval. Revise and resubmit creates a new version automatically, with full history. How it works
RFI management
Create and send RFIs with sequential or parallel review workflows, automatic email notifications, and reminders. Every question, answer, and attachment stays in one searchable log instead of scattered email threads. RFI tracking overview
Construction drawing management
Upload plan sets and let AI split the sheets and read title blocks. Annotate drawings and link RFIs, submittals, punch items, and jobsite photos to each sheet, with the latest revision always on top. Drawing management
Built-in AI
AI parses drawings, generates submittal logs from spec books, and drafts RFIs, so project engineers stop typing logs row by row.
Field and project tools
Daily reports, punch lists, schedule, documents, change orders, time extensions, and contracts come with every plan, along with iOS and Android apps. Help center
